I'm excited to apply for the Sourcing Manager (Mgr Sourcing) role at FedEx. With over 15 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management across global supply chains, I thrive on tackling complex challenges and delivering strategic value. I’ve led operations spanning from technology components to consumer products, giving me a broad perspective on industry dynamics and best practices.

In my current role as Sourcing Director at Blulabs LLC, I lead procurement for a network of 8,000+ products and dozens of international suppliers. My day-to-day work ranges from supplier negotiations and RFx management to price analysis, risk mitigation, and global sourcing. Facing shifting tariff climates as of late, I’ve implemented pricing systems that factor in duties and freight costs and streamlined our RFQ processes for multimillion-dollar bids; and am consistently expanding sourcing regions and processes. Previously, as COO of a growing company, I launched pandemic-era product lines preventing our business from shutting, as well as managed cross-functional teams across logistics, finance, and marketing.

While I haven’t managed IT sourcing specifically, I have a strong track record of quickly mastering new categories and delivering results with minimal direction. I’m highly adaptable and comfortable diving into unfamiliar territory - often bringing a fresh perspective that sparks innovation and improvement. I’m extremely self sufficient, yet I highly value being collaborative and understand the importance of aligning with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and operations to meet both operational and strategic goals.
